When your order is placed you will first receive an email confirming receipt of your order followed by an email with an estimated ship date.
Every effect is made to meet our scheduled estimated ship date although please keep in mind this is just an estimated ship date. Actual ship date may vary. Our workroom is making your slipcover custom for you and only you.
If you do not see an update on your estimated ship date by estimated ship date you may contact us via email or call 541-207-8702 Tues-Thurs 9:00AM - 5:00PM and Fridays 9:00AM - NOON.
All orders are shipped UPS GROUND or PRIORITY MAIL. In most cases we can make and ship your new custom fitted slipcover within 6 to 8 weeks. Shipping times apply to in stock fabrics only. Sample fabrics sent regular mail only. Sample fabric sent regular mail within 5 working days of receiving order. All orders including sample fabric orders are subject to a $5.00 handling charge.
