Before N After Slipcovers will not share E-mail addresses with anyone outside of Before N After Slipcovers. We also will NOT give out your E-mail or shipping address to any third party. We only collect enough information to verify your credit card, ship to the proper address and contact you if neccesary.
All orders are processed securely through Yahoo!'s transaction system. Your privacy is also secure.
We use the Yahoo Shopping Cart program to run our store. Thus we are considered a Yahoo merchant. All of our site information is contained on Yahoo's secure servers. We are totally independent of Yahoo and in general they have no control over the contents of our site or what we sell. One of the reasons we selected Yahoo Shopping was the security aspects of their servers. We hold all customer information in the strictest confidence and will never share or sell customer information to any party. All credit card numbers are removed off of the servers after 30 days.
When your order is placed you will first receive an email confirming receipt of your order followed by an email with an estimated ship date. Our workroom is making your slipcover custom for you and only you. If you do not see an update on your estimated ship date by estimated ship date you may contact us via email or call 541-207-8702 Tues-Thurs 9:00AM - 5:00PM and Fridays 9:00AM - NOON.
Your slipcover will be custom made for you and only you it is customary to have full payment before your job enters our workroom. Which will be two weeks prior to estimated ship date. You may cancel your order anytime prior to it entering our workroom. If you need to cancel after your slipcover has been started please see our return policy.
Your satisfaction and meeting your expectations is our primary goal. If an item does not, please return it in its original condition within 30 days for alterations or you may receive a refund less 40% and shipping & handling.
